Track Workout

Our Weekly Track Workout led by Certified Triathlon and Running Coach Mandy Leonards. All levels welcome. Workout lasts about one hour including warmup and cooldown.

UCSD Track. We meet down on the track. Parking at your own risk, but usually not a problem before 6:30am.
