First Light Swim (VCSM) - HOLIDAY Edition
Weekly Mondays (redirected to La Jolla Shores on 11th)
Coach led Out and Back Swim followed by social
- Arrive at 6:45 at South Bathrooms/Vallecitos
- 7am Start Toes In with Ventura Cove Masters
- Masters Style Swim Workouts in the Open Water!
Communication via the TCSD FB Workout group if required
We will Swim and then socialize over snacks and something called coffee
Street parking around Vallecitos in La Jolla or in the La Jolla Shores Beach Parking lot.
